The Alumni Development Advisory Committee (ADAC) is the peak advisory body for University management and the Vice-Chancellor on all aspects of alumni relations and development. Feel free to contact us at alumni@uws.edu.au for any questions you have or information you would like about ADAC.
ADAC was created in 2004 to assist the Board of Trustees and University management with respect to the University's alumni relations. The terms of reference enable ADAC to consider and advise on a range of issues. These include:
From time to time, the Board or University management will refer to ADAC specific questions on which advice is required.
The first meeting of ADAC took place on 17 August 2004 on the Parramatta Campus, and was Chaired through its first term by Barry Baillie.
ADAC members reflect a wide cross-section of the UWS alumni community. Under the current membership structure, it is intended that each College and Alumni chapter is represented on ADAC. Chapter representatives are elected from their respective leadership groups. College representatives are nominated by each Executive Dean.
