Hawkesbury campus is in Richmond in the Hawkesbury River Valley north-west of Sydney. To reach the campus from the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) or airport typically takes around 80 minutes by car. Note that traffic conditions and the time of day you are travelling may have an impact on travel time.

Travelling by car

From Sydney CBD, take the Hills M2 Motorway, then connect to the Westlink M7 Motorway and take the exit at the Richmond Road interchange. Note that both the M2 and M7 is a tollway, requiring an e-tag or an electronic pass.

From Richmond Road, exit onto Blacktown Road from the roundabout. Turn left onto Bourke Street, which leads to the campus.

On-campus parking is available, and a valid parking permit must be displayed at all times.

Travelling by train

Take the Western line to East Richmond railway station, which is a 10 minute walk from the campus. Information about the Sydney rail system and timetables are available from the Cityrail website.

Travelling by bus

Westbus Route 679 operates from Richmond railway station.
