The ROSETE Volunteer Program

The ROSETE Volunteer Program is the outcome of a highly successful partnership between CER, the NSW Department of Education and Training, Western Sydney Region, and the Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau in China.

Graduates selected to participate in the program will undertake a Master of Education (Honours) degree, as an international research candidate from China, in the Research Oriented, School Engaged Teacher Education (ROSETE) Program through CER. At a minimum this requires studying research methods and teaching/learning processes and writing a thesis of at least 40,000 words. In addition, the research candidates volunteer in Western Sydney Schools to support the teaching and learning of Mandarin.

For more information on the ROSETE Volunteer Program please contact Michael Singh or Dacheng Zhao.
