Job Advertising and Shortlisting

Careers & Cooperative Education is introducing a new Job Advertising and Shortlisting service for employers. We manage the job advertising and shortlisting process for you, to save you time and allow you to focus on interviewing the best candidates.

For a fee of $500 + GST per job, we will:

  • liaise with you regarding the content of your job advertisement to help you attract high quality applicants
  • advertise your position to students on UWS CareerHub
  • receive all applications from students
  • shortlist applicants
  • forward you a selection of applications that meet your selection criteria
  • schedule job interviews in consultation with you.

A minimum of four weeks notice is required for this service, to enable sufficient time for your job to be advertised to students. If Careers & Cooperative Education determines that no applications submitted meet the selection criteria for your position, no fee will be payable.
